Standard Cancellation and Refund Policy
If Cancelled Over 72 Hours Before Charter
Entitled to: Entire refund minus service charges
Processing Duration: 5-7 business days
Service Charge: £50 for credit card operations
Requirements: Must be applied for by email or via a call in writing
If Cancelled Within 24-72 Hours Before Charter
Entitled to: Half of the total charter cost
Processing Duration: 7-10 business days
Service Charge: £25 reduced from the refund
Requirements: A valid justification is required; administrative charges apply
If Cancelled Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Entitled to: No refund available
Exception: Cases of emergencies might be considered

Cancellations Due to Weather
Our Commitment to Safe Weather Conditions
Our greatest concern is safety. Should our captain professional, certified in maritime operations, deem weather conditions dangerous for charter operations, we offer various options:
- Complete Refund: If rescheduling is not an option, a full refund will be granted
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule your charter to another available date at no extra fee
- Charter Credit: A voucher valid for one year from the original charter date
Weather Evaluation Procedure
Our assessment of the weather includes evaluating:
- Direction and velocity of the wind
- Sea conditions and wave height
- Visibility and prediction of rainfall
- Advisories and warnings issued by the Coast Guard
- Safety appraisal by a qualified captain
Deadline for Decision: Decisions concerning weather-related cancellations are finalized a minimum of 4 hours before the scheduled departure.
Reimbursements for Medical Emergencies

We recognize that medical emergencies can happen unexpectedly. The following scenarios might be considered for special reimbursement:
- Sudden ailment or accident requiring hospital admission
- Passing of a family member
- Enlistment in the military or urgent recall
- Compulsory duty for a court or jury service

Cancellations from Operational Issues
Technical Difficulties
In the event of mechanical failings with your assigned vessel that cannot be rectified:
- Alternative Yacht: Efforts will be made to arrange a similar vessel
- Full Refund: If a suitable alternative is not found
- Partial Refund: If the alternate vessel has different cost implications
- Additional Recompense: Further reimbursement could be considered for the inconvenience
Non-Availability of Crew
In the unusual case where no qualified crew is available:
- An effort will be made to find replacement crew if possible
- Full refund if the charter cannot take place
- Chance to reschedule at no extra cost

Terms for Charter Credits
- Validity Period: 12 months from the date of issue
- Non-Transferability: Not exchangeable with other individuals
- Value: Equivalent to the full value of the charter without deduction of fees
- Application: Usable for any accessible charter
- Expiry: No extensions past the 12 months
Compensation for Partially Provided Services
Interruptions in Service
If your charter experiences interruptions or gets cut short due to factors we manage:
- A refund prorated on the unutilized portion
- A credit for a future charter of the same value
- Complimentary services or possible upgrades
Disruptions Caused by Guests
Should a charter end earlier due to issues related to the behavior of guests or breaches of safety guidelines:
- No compensation for the time left unused
- Payment must be made in full

- We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance
- This policy can be updated given a notice period of 30 days
