Each charter comes with a skilled crew, essential safety gear, fuel, and light refreshments. Inclusions may differ by charter type — twilight voyages provide select beverages and light snacks, while business charters come with meeting amenities and professional catering services.
When should I make my reservation?
It's advisable to book a yacht at least 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly during the high season, which runs from May to September. For company events and private gatherings, securing a reservation 4–6 weeks earlier will ensure more availability and provide time for tailored arrangements.
What are the protocols for unfavorable weather conditions?
Your safety is our utmost concern. If our captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe, we will propose an alternative date for the charter or issue a full reimbursement. We keep a close watch on the weather and will communicate with you 24 hours before your scheduled departure if we foresee questionable conditions.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you're more than welcome to bring your own provisions and non-alcoholic refreshments on board. Nevertheless, we also have outstanding catering options with customizable menus to suit your tastes. Please be aware that for safety purposes, glass containers are prohibited on the vessel.

What's your policy on cancellations?
Should you cancel 72 hours or more prior to departure, a full refund is given. Cancellations occurring between 24 and 72 hours before departure receive a 50% refund. Within 24 hours of departure, cancellations are non-refundable, with exceptions for inclement weather or vessel mechanical issues attributed to us.
